Following significant investment in advanced cutting technologies and processes and the additional installation of full dust extraction on two machines, Pro-Mil have now gained considerable experience in the machining of large 3D surface areas (up to 50Sq/M) on Carbon Fibre components. Accuracy of machined surfaces surpassing current aerospace standards, quantified and verified with full surface laser scanning.

Full 5 axis machining now available following rebuild of Starcut machine including FANUC 31iA5 control with digital drives and self loading CYTEC P12 5 axis head.
