We have been audited by and carry "approved supplier" status for a significant number of leading UK manufacturing organisations, covering both quality issues and product sensitivity in areas such as aerospace, defence, marine, power generation, motorsport and satellite communications.
Our internal procedures are carefully planned and monitored to ensure that every precaution has been taken in terms of product protection and component part integrity.
Real time support systems are in place to protect our safe working practices, these include: process plan authentication and authorisation, off-line NC program verification, CAM based anti-gouge and collision checking and the utilisation of machine based in-process inspection and verification.
